Project Manager
Hästens is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new store openings, renovations, exhibitions, and partner-led events. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination to ensure all projects reflect Hästens’ craftsmanship, heritage, and luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of retail store openings and refurbishments
Coordinate with internal teams, design partners, landlords, contractors, and vendors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards
Plan and execute exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand events
Manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships
Track timelines, budgets, approvals, and project documentation
Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

5–10 years’ experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations
Background in luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
Proven experience in store fit-outs, events, and vendor management
Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects across locations

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination
