We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in project planning, Agile methodologies, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to manage iterative delivery
- Monitor project performance and implement performance optimization strategies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through effective risk management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
- Track progress using KPIs, dashboards, and regular status reporting
- Strong Project Management and Project Planning skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks
- Proven ability in Performance Optimization and process improvement
- Solid understanding of Risk Management techniques and controls
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience in delivering complex or multi-stakeholder projects
- Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)
