Project Manager - Finance

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Project Manager supports global or local transition and project initiatives, responsible for leading project management practices across finance share service activities. This Project Manager role will be responsible primarily for Finance projects and will be in charge of the execution through the use of project management tools with the aim of delivering business value.This role will be a 2 years fixed term contract to begin with.

The Project Manager will track overall project monitoring, support reporting of risk and efficiency.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk register, governance, project financial and status reports.

Capture lessons learned from completed projects and integrate them into future projects.

Seek out and quantify process-improvement opportunities.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders in a complex environment; work with Sponsors, respective functional managers, business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Organizes, plans, reviews, & communicates status of every project included in the portfolio.

Networks with internal/external resources to bring best practices to the projects/organization.

___________________Are you a MATCH?

Minimum 10 years of professional experience with experience in process migrations, ERP implementations and Process Standardization initiatives

Adequate project management work experience related to finance share service process (R2R, O2C and P2P) required, minimum 8 years

Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated skills to influence decision makes and motivate team members

Excellent verbal/written communication skill is must to train and coach others

Advanced skills in Google Suite (preferred) or MS office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project (is a plus)

Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certification is preferred

Lean 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a strong plus
