Role Summary


Fastcurve is hiring Project Managers who operate at the intersection of Customer, Delivery, Product, and Business Outcomes.


This is not a traditional project coordination role.


You will work directly with customers and engineering teams to deliver software projects while using AI extensively to accelerate planning, documentation, communication, and execution.

Customer → Plan → Execute → Deliver → Improve


What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects.
  • Coordinate directly with customers to gather requirements and provide delivery updates.
  • Plan sprints, manage timelines, risks, scope, and dependencies.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, planning, and analysis.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.


What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of software project management experience.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Very Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC, Requirment Gathering, Engineeiring, QA, DevOps, Release.
  • Comfortable understanding technical discussions without being a hands-on developer.
  • Highly organized with strong ownership and execution skills.
  • Very good in reporting, escalation management and expectation management.


Preferred Advantage

Expertise in any one of the following is a strong advantage:

  1. Product Management – translating customer needs into product improvements and feature prioritization.
  2. B2B Software Sales – Preparing business usecase, conduct demos, solution discussions, proposal creation, or deal closures.
  3. Account Growth & Customer Success – identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, growing account revenue, managing long-term customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
