Once Upon India (OUI) curates soulful baithaks, mehfils, tours, and immersive cultural experiences celebrating Indian music and storytelling. We are building India’s largest India-proud cultural movement through live, intimate, and premium experiences.

As Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between planning and execution — coordinating artists, venues, ticketing partners, and volunteers to deliver warm and seamless guest experiences.

• Plan & run OUI events end-to-end (baithaks, mehfils, tours).
• Coordinate with artists, venues, vendors, and ticketing partners.
• Lead guest experience — registration desks, ticketing, seating flow, VIP handling.
• Manage ticketing backend (BMS/Wix/Insider), guest queries, and refunds.
• Supervise volunteers and ETMs on-ground.
• Support sponsorship decks, PR collaterals, and post-event reports.

• Passion for Indian culture, music, and live experiences.
• Strong organizational & communication skills (English + Hindi).
• Leadership ability — comfortable managing people and guest-facing situations.
• Flexible for travel + evening/weekend shows.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and professional email/WhatsApp etiquette.

• 6–9 months: Independently manage small baithaks (100–150 pax).
• 12–18 months: Step up to leading mehfil teams (300+ pax).
• 2+ years: Grow into Senior Project Manager / City Lead.
