Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to oversee client engagements, manage project delivery, and support business growth initiatives within the security services domain. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, driving meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordinate and lead client meetings, demos, and weekly status calls
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain quality standards
• Run and manage cohorts / programs / workshops for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on deliverables and timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including outreach to CISOs and senior stakeholders
• Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
• Support business development through client engagement and follow-ups

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or similar role
• Prior experience in cybersecurity / security services domain preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling client-facing roles and executive-level interactions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized

• Experience working with CISOs or security leadership teams
• Understanding of security concepts like VAPT, SOC, threat intelligence, etc.
• Exposure to B2B client environments
