Construction Project Manager – Residential Renovations (Cincinnati, OH)

Pay: $55,000–$85,000 per year

Work Location: In person

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Construction Project Manager with strong field experience in residential renovation. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, coordinate trades, read scopes and plans, and keep multiple projects moving safely, efficiently, and on budget. You will oversee single‑family home renovation projects from pre‑construction through final punchout and client sign‑off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple residential renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Perform site walks, verify scopes, and ensure crews follow safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries.
  • Review drawings, scopes of work, and change conditions; update plans as needed.
  • Track budgets, job costs, timelines, and production schedules.
  • Conduct inspections, punch lists, and ensure all work meets code and client expectations.
  • Oversee permitting requirements and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain detailed daily logs, photos, and project documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trades, vendors, and clients.
  • Source and onboard new subcontractors as needed to support project volume.
  • Work closely with internal teams (estimating, accounting, admin) to keep projects aligned and documented.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of residential construction experience (renovation experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven background managing multiple job sites and coordinating trades.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scopes, estimating, and site operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret scopes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with crews and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365; experience with construction software is a plus.
  • Must be able to commute to Cincinnati, OH and work on site daily.
  • Relevant certifications in construction management are a plus but not required.
