Job Title: Project Manager Department: Projects & Operations Location: Ahmedabad Reporting To: Installation Manager Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Project Manager to oversee and execute projects from initiation to handover, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial efficiency. This role requires strong planning, vendor management, and client communication skills to achieve project milestones, meet KPIs, and maintain high-quality delivery standards. Key Result Area (KRA) Advance Planning ? Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure smooth execution and timely completion. Vendor Management ? Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and services. Daily CRM Updates ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date project progress in the CRM system for performance tracking and reporting. Client Tracking ? Monitor client interactions, feedback, and requirements to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Planned vs Actual CRM Progress ? Track actual project progress against planned milestones, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Schedule Adherence ? Ensure all project activities follow the agreed timelines without compromising quality. Client Escalation Management ? Act as the first point of contact for resolving client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) 50% Payment Collection ? Ensure timely collection of at least 50% of project value during project execution as per payment milestones. Net Promoter Score (NPS) ? Maintain and improve NPS by delivering exceptional client experience. Handover Target Achievement ? Deliver projects within scope, quality, and timeline parameters to meet the targeted handover deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field. Minimum 3?5 years of project management experience in interior, construction, or related industries. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Project, or similar project management software . Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
