Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate delivery activities across all phases of the program, from scope initiation through transition and handover. The role requires strong ownership of delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with a proven background in transition management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities across all phases, from scope definition to transition and closure, in collaboration with Optimus Project Managers.
• Own and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Log, track, and update service and capability-related milestones and outcomes in the Optimus Jira environment.
• Proactively identify, assess, escalate, and drive resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project delivery.
• Provide regular and structured status reports on progress, risks, issues, and achievements to stakeholders.
• Participate in weekly execution and governance reviews.
• Ensure smooth project transitions, including knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and handover to support or operations teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, tools, and collaboration models to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–9 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Mandatory experience managing project transitions / service transitions
• Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and multiple workstreams
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
