Project manager civil

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior and turnkey commercial projects from inception to completion. Ensures timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control while managing client expectations and project teams.

• Oversee end-to-end project execution for interior fit-out and turnkey commercial projects.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with design and procurement teams.
• Manage site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports, cost summaries, and completion documentation.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in managing interior fit-out and turnkey commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD 2D, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience in corporate office interiors fit outs, Institution Projects or hospitality projects.
• Exposure to MEP coordination and finishing works.
• Familiarity with Brown Field project.
