Role: Project Manager

Experience: 5–6 Years (Minimum)

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Type: Full-time

Salary: 12-18 LPA

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple clients and campaigns
• Create timelines, workflows, and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
• Act as the bridge between internal teams (content, design, production) and clients
• Manage day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and approvals
• Ensure briefs are clearly understood and executed as per requirements
• Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively solve delays
• Track project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
• Maintain quality control before final delivery
• Support team prioritization and workload management

What You Need

• 5–6 years of project management experience (agency/creative background preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
• Familiarity with project management tools & workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with lifestyle, culture, hospitality, or creative brands
• Understanding of digital marketing & content production workflows
• Ability to anticipate challenges and plan proactively
