Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee our building and layout construction projects in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of high-level technical expertise and the leadership skills necessary to drive projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Education: * B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of extensive field experience.

• Sector Expertise: Proven track record specifically in high-rise buildings, residential/commercial complexes, and large-scale layout developments.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
• Deep understanding of structural drawings, estimation, and billing.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and lead diverse teams.
