- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, IT, or related field.
- Master's degree in healthcare management or project management (preferred).
