We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics. You will oversee and drive the successful implementation of data analytics and cloud-based projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals. This role requires strong technical understanding, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects that integrate GCP, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics to drive data-driven insights for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects involving GCP, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics, from planning through execution, monitoring, and completion.
Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and development teams to define project goals, technical requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address project risks, changes, or issues proactively.
Facilitate integration of analytics solutions, ensuring that data collection, processing, and reporting align with business objectives and provide actionable insights.
Ensure best practices are followed in data security, privacy, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on data analytics and cloud-based projects.

Technical Skills

Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Strong understanding of GCP services, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Data Studio.
Analytics Tools: Hands-on experience managing projects involving Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, with a strong understanding of digital analytics implementation, configuration, and reporting.
Data and Analytics Integration: Knowledge of data integration methods and familiarity with tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Project Management Skills

Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to adapt to other project frameworks as needed.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and align technical and non-technical teams, manage expectations, and provide clear project updates.
Problem Solving: Proven problem-solving skills to address project risks, manage issues proactively, and ensure smooth project execution.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret analytics data and guide the team to optimize outcomes based on insights.
