About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Ground Mount Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of solar ground mount projects. This role requires strong coordination skills, field execution experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end execution of ground mount solar projects
• Track and report daily site activities with clear communication to customers
• Ensure seamless coordination between consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Review and align with the initial project plan, identifying uncertainties and risks
• Manage and coordinate with vendors, including alignment on payment terms
• Handle local land-related challenges and site-level issues effectively
• Ensure timely delivery and protection of materials at the site
• Liaise with EB officials and facilitate faster approvals and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in solar project execution (Ground Mount preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle site-level challenges independently
• Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
• Familiarity with government approvals and EB processes
• Willingness to travel and work on-site
