Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for HRMS implementations, primarily People Strong.
  • Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with business, HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure smooth implementation and rollouts.
  • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
  • Manage change requests, user training, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with People Strong HRMS.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale HR transformation or HRMS implementation projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is a plus.
