This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, expediting processes, managing logistics, and conducting inspections to maintain project efficiency and compliance.

• Proficiency in Project Management with expertise in scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization
• Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery and maintain project timelines
• Experience with Inspection protocols and quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee supply chain operations and optimize delivery efficiency
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of real estate or construction industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
