We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in managing technical projects, overseeing day-to-day operations, and supporting HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, team handling experience, and the ability to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects within timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, HR) for smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity and accountability
- Assign tasks, track performance, and provide regular feedback
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
HR Operations Support:
- Assist in onboarding, employee engagement, and performance tracking
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee concerns
- Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in project management (preferably technical projects)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Experience in team handling and stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of HR operations and administrative processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
