Responsibilities

Project Manager (PMP Certified)

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5+ years in industrial or maritime plant construction, operations, or maintenance

Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Complete Building Services is seeking a Project Manager with a PMP certification and a strong background in managing industrial or maritime projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction, operations, or maintenance in maritime or industrial plants
  • Must hold one of the following
    • DC Class 1 Steam Engineer License with 15 years relevant experience
    • NIULPE First Class Power Engineer License with 15 years relevant experience
    • Mechanical Engineering degree from ABET-accredited institution with 10 years relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background check
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams
Training & Certifications

  • Professional or specialized certifications used to meet requirements must be documented
  • Provide details of relevance of each certificate to the Project Manager role
