Job Overview: We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager in Chennai to lead our engineering team (Python + React developers) working on AI-driven applications. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery timelines are met, features are shipped with quality, and cross-functional collaboration runs smoothly. Responsibilities Own project planning, sprint management, and delivery timelines. Translate product requirements into clear tasks, milestones, and roadmaps. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure Agile discipline. Track progress using Jira/Asana/Trello (Agile tools). Coordinate between backend (Python) and frontend (React) teams. Proactively identify risks, unblock engineers, and escalate issues. Ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance practices. Report weekly progress, velocity, and delivery status to leadership. Mentor and guide engineers in work prioritization and execution discipline. Requirements 8 ? 12 years of experience in project management for software engineering teams. Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus). Experience managing backend + frontend teams in enterprise SaaS or AI-driven products. Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive accountability in the team. Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or developer tools projects. Exposure to Python/React tech stacks (not coding, but understanding workflows). PMP or CSM certification.
