Job Summary

Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS) is looking for a detail-oriented Project Management Engineer to support project documentation, coordination, planning, and reporting activities for Industrial Automation, Electrical, and Instrumentation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
• Manage documents including BOM, IO List, GA Drawings, Wiring Drawings, Datasheets, Calibration Reports, FAT/SAT documents, and Test Certificates.
• Maintain document tracking logs and revision history.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for document collection.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Follow up for document approvals and closure of comments.
• Maintain project folders, soft copies, and hard copy records.
• Prepare project progress reports and status updates.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and client requirements.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of project documentation systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of Industrial Automation, Electrical, or Instrumentation projects.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
