Job Description

We're looking for Project Management Associates!

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional and technical projects from end to end
Track project issues, blockers, and milestones in a timely manner
Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and are within scope
Escalate and address any issues or risks that could impact project delivery
Identify and mitigate risks across various projects
Provide regular status updates and assist in evaluating project performance against metrics
Track and report project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
Partner with functional teams during all project phases (initiation, deployment, post-deployment)
Hold regular meetings with core teams to ensure alignment and progress
Assist with process improvements to remove gaps across multiple teams and functions
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project status and updates
