Responsibilities

Monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring health of the project.

Manage project tracker, project technical metrics. customer KPI

Timesheet management.

Able to convert business requirements into technical tasks.

Coordinate with Bridge Engineers on Work status, conduct progress review meetings.

Mentor/train team on technical and non-technical skills/aspects.

QuEST project management System adherence and compliance

Operational Support to Hiring and Development

Work Experience

Must Have

Industry Experience of 7-10 Years and 3+ Years experience as Project Leader.

Experience in Desktop application development. (Windows / Linux )

Experience in concurrently handling multiple projects.

Strong process management, project management, Timesheet management

, stakeholder management, requirement management and team handling skills.

Experience in preparing effort estimates, Work Breakdown Structure

Provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects technically forward.

Hands on experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Tracking, Employee engagement, Metrics)

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must.

Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals.

Ability to quickly ramp up with new technologies.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, debugging skills interpretation skills.

Self-motivated, good verbal and written communication.

Self-driven and proactive.

Good to have

Experience in Semiconductor Domain is desired.

Experience in handling Japanese Clients is a plus.
