Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jalgaon for a Project Lead - Examinations Delivery. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of examination delivery projects, ensuring seamless integration and operational success. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication with stakeholders, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, recruiting as necessary, and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the examination process. The role also involves collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth delivery of services.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Experience in Recruiting and onboarding team members effectively for various projects.
- Proven skills in Integration processes, ensuring seamless coordination across systems and teams.
- The ability to work collaboratively within teams and demonstrate excellent Teamwork capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge or experience in educational technology or examination systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field is preferable.
