By hiring, coaching, aligning people to sell, deliver and maintain communities to enable people live a better life.To regularly monitor cash flows, ROI, capital deployment and make timely and strategic decisions to improve the sameMaking sure that project operations are run in an ethical, sustainable, and legally compliant manner. To run processes & SOP’s of the organization to make the work of the team simpleMaintain relationships with local government & developers to enable high compliance & timely helpTo understand the project, it’s people, culture, competition & to enable land opportunities By constantly being in touch with customer needs and finding ways to keep this as the focal point for decision making
