Project Execution - RE (Solar)

To execute, supervise, and monitor all electrical installation, testing, and commissioning works at the solar project site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion as per design specifications and regulatory standards.

Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise installation of solar modules, string inverters, transformers, switchgear, and LT/HT panels.

Oversee cable laying, termination, earthing, and lighting system installation.

Verify all works as per approved drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

Ensure correct installation of DC and AC systems, cable routing, and junction boxes.

Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for foundations, module mounting structure erection, and equipment placement.

Monitor daily work progress, manpower, and resource utilization.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and client representatives for clarifications and approvals.

Maintain daily progress reports, site material records, and activity schedules.

Support project billing, measurement books (MB), and material reconciliation.

Testing & Commissioning

Perform pre-commissioning tests for cables, transformers, inverters, and switchgear.

Assist in energization of HT/LT panels, transformers, and grid synchronization.

Conduct string testing, IV curve measurement, insulation resistance, and polarity checks.

Support SCADA / monitoring system integration and functionality checks.

Prepare test reports, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation.
