Project Engineer

• Preparation of all Primary Engineering Deliverables. Experience in handling complete engineering deliverables for Surge Arresters or Gas Insulated Substation projects, Exposure to international experience & Standards IEC,IEEE,BIS.
• Engineering knowledge of high voltage power products for metal enclosed circuit breakers, knowledge of circuit breakers product structure, Knowledge of material standard ISO, IEC, DIN, ASME.
• Communicating with customers & Solving technical queries related to product/project. Preparation of section drawings, SLD, GAS SLD, Foundation drawings, etc, for projects based on customer specification.
• Preparation, review of and validate BOM for projects based on requirement.
• Responsible for design calculation related to primary engineering.
• Grounding system design, drawings and Bill of Materials.
• Technical data sheets verification of primary equipment knowledge of primary equipment, such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, earthing switches' instrument transformers, power transformers, etc.
• Providing optimized and customized solutions for various substation tenders (Gas Insulated Substation Hybrid).
• Innovative ideas to reduce and continuously improvise quality system.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the documentation for respective projects as per quality process. A1
• Coordinating with the cross functional teams for design progress and completion
