What You’ll Do

Design & Engineering Support

• Prepare and review submittal drawings, including plans, elevations, reinforcement details, and material specifications.
• Support the development of panel, reinforcement, and miscellaneous metal drawings.
• Coordinate design approvals and ensure alignment with project requirements and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure constructability, accuracy, and compliance.

Field Engineering

• Support on-site field activities during construction and installation phases.
• Interpret drawings, assist with resolving technical issues, and help maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and project managers to support schedule and workflow alignment.
• Conduct field observations, verify dimensions, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Travel to project sites as required during active construction phases.

Project Coordination & Management

• Track project progress against specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify potential issues early and support problem-solving and escalation efforts.
• Assist with required procedure submittals, including welding, grouting, and post-tensioning.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate across engineering, fabrication, and construction teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and professional development efforts.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred, not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, field, and project teams.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as project needs require.
