Project Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Raipur, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing energy projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing engineering solutions, creating project plans, liaising with team members and stakeholders, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also monitor project progress and ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance guidelines.

• Strong skills in Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning to oversee and execute project initiatives effectively.
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering principles and practices to design and implement energy projects successfully.
• Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for ensuring compliance and managing project documentation.
• Capability to adapt to hybrid working conditions, with self-discipline and accountability for remote tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in the renewable energy sector will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards will be considered beneficial.
