(HWT) is a 100% subsidiary of SFC Environmental Technologies Ltd., operating at the intersection of India’s urbanisation and the growing burden of municipal solid waste, where increasing landfill dependency and inefficient waste processing continue to pose critical environmental and public-health challenges.

HWT is actively engaged in Biogas and Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects across India and currently operates a solid waste management facility in Goa. The company delivers end-to-end integrated solid waste treatment solutions, encompassing process design, detailed engineering, in-house manufacturing, supply, project management, erection, commissioning, and long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) of waste treatment plants. Role Definition

Co-ordinate end-to-end execution of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW)-related infrastructure projects across India including planning, resource management, vendor coordination, budget oversight, and client communication. Ensure timely and quality delivery through effective coordination across design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Experience

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Project Management. Responsible for work execution, vendor - contractor & Client management, costing and budget tracking, Site & Construction Management, Billing & Documentation and coordinating with various departments.
• Responsible for overall project planning and management, coordination with design- engineering, procurement teams, Experience in MSW / waste water EPC Projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project related software.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / chemical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Handles Multiple projects at the same time.
• Manage entire project lifecycle from mobilization to commissioning for MSW projects.
• Monitor site execution, workforce deployment, and contractor/vendor engagement.
• Monitor costing, budgeting, and billing processes.
• Handle client / consultant interactions and ensure compliance with agreed timelines and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, procurement) for smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site.
• Drive stakeholder communication and escalate issues proactively.
