Qualification: B.Tech(M.E./E.E.) M.Tech

Job Location: Jaipur

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the officer regarding project sites and Purchase Orders (PO).
Work with the project team to ensure all required measurements are completed accurately.
Prepare project estimates and obtain necessary client approvals.
Create Job Cards / PITFs to initiate the production process.
Maintain continuous communication with the execution team and officers for smooth workflow.
Ensure all TPI (Third Party Inspection) emails, documentation, and inspections are completed on time.
For new products, coordinate with the production team and officers to discuss technical requirements and specifications.
After job completion at site, ensure the execution team captures proper photographs and collects the installation certificate.
Ensure warranty documents are prepared and submitted on time.
Prepare the final project sheet and obtain approval from the officer.
Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice preparation.
Upload invoices on required portals and send physical copies to officers via courier.
Follow up for payments and ensure timely Job Card closing.
Handle complaints and queries received from various platforms and take necessary action for resolution.
Visit client offices frequently for meetings and discussions.
Support business development by meeting new clients for projects related to Signages, RVI, Solar Power Plants, and Steel Structure Fabrication.
