Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Repalle. The Project Engineer will oversee project execution from planning through completion, coordinating with project managers, site teams, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Day-to-day tasks include preparing project plans and schedules, reviewing technical drawings, monitoring site activities, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves resolving technical issues on-site, tracking progress against milestones, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting procurement of materials and equipment. The Project Engineer will also participate in meetings with stakeholders, provide status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for handling technical design, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to develop schedules, allocate resources, and track progress against timelines and budgets.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Practical experience in infrastructure or construction projects, with familiarity in site supervision, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in using project management and engineering tools (e.g., MS Project, CAD software) and basic office productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
