Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Design Architect based in the Pune Division. The role involves designing architectural solutions, creating detailed construction drawings, overseeing the design management process, and coordinating with project teams. The candidate will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet both functional requirements and aesthetic standards, adhering to deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architectural Design and Design Management
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and related technical documentation
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
• Knowledge of current trends and practices in architecture and construction
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Licensed architect or working towards licensure is a plus
