We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional teams, ensure timely project execution, and maintain seamless coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or challenges.
  • Maintain project schedules and support efficient resource coordination.
Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with PR, Digital Marketing, Content, Design, and Client Servicing teams.
  • Ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Facilitate collaboration to maintain project quality and deadlines.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
  • Prepare regular progress updates for management.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project activities and deliverables.
  • Support process improvements and workflow optimization.
Assignment & Workflow Management
  • Manage the complete assignment lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate task allocation and monitor execution across departments.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely project handovers.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Operations, Administration, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a PR agency, advertising agency, digital marketing agency, or service-based organization will be an advantage.
Required Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and workflow management.

Interview Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday

Timing: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Location: PR 24x7, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
