We're Hiring: Project Coordinator (Architecture / AEC)
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our architectural team in the successful delivery of projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at coordinating multiple priorities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.
Position Details:
- Work From Home (Remote)
- Night Shift
- Full-Time Position
Key Responsibilities:
• Project scheduling, coordination, and milestone tracking
• Drawing transmittals, document control, and records management
• Weekly project reporting and stakeholder communication
• Contract administration, budget monitoring, and invoice tracking
• Construction administration support, including RFI and submittal coordination
• Permitting assistance and liaison with regulatory agencies
• Project closeout documentation and material library management
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry
• Familiarity with project phases including Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), and Construction Administration (CA)
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
