About The Position
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the effective implementation, coordination, and monitoring of road safety and other CSR programs across Gujarat & nearby regions. The role involves close collaboration with RTOs, government departments, partner organizations, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program activities, compliance with guidelines, and achievement of project outcomes.

About The Position
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the effective implementation, coordination, and monitoring of road safety and other CSR programs across Gujarat & nearby regions. The role involves close collaboration with RTOs, government departments, partner organizations, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program activities, compliance with guidelines, and achievement of project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Coordinate with RTOs, government authorities, district administration, and local stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and regional government offices.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with officials, partners, and community representatives.
- Support in obtaining necessary permissions and approvals.
- Manage day-to-day project operations at the regional level.
- Oversee on-ground execution of awareness campaigns and training programs.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and field deployments.
- Ensure effective utilization of project resources.
- Facilitate awareness sessions, training workshops, and outreach activities.
- Engage beneficiaries, volunteers, and community members.
- Support capacity-building initiatives.
- Oversee data collection, beneficiary tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress and compliance reports.
- Support audits and evaluations
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines and applicable laws.
- Monitor SOPs, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support monitoring and evaluation of project impact.
- Identify field-level challenges and coordinate solutions.
- Share insights and recommendations for improvement
- Liaise with internal teams including program, finance, and communications.
- Provide regular updates on progress and challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies, Management, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in NGO, CSR, or government-linked projects.
- Prior experience in Road Safety Projects.
- Prior work experience with government departments is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently in field environments.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
