Project Coordinator for Pulp, Energy and Circularity Business Area (based in Chennai, India) Are you the enthusiastic, self-driven and result-oriented professional who wants to move our customer?s performance forward? We are looking for ?Project Coordinator? to be based in Chennai, India. This position reports to ?Director AP Operations?. If you have a strong background in Energy and Pulp industry projects, this could be your opportunity! You will be managing small/medium capital projects, modernization, maintenance and lifetime service projects which are related to technologies such as recovery and power boilers, evaporators, lime kiln, recaustization environmental systems, cooking and Fibreline. Experience and knowledge from these technologies is essential to be successful within this role. In this position, you will be required and responsible for, Support from Sales to contract Provide the main interface and maintain a confident relationship with the customer and other participants in the project. Responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Carry the overall technical and financial responsibility of the project by leading efficiently and effectively the nominated project organization. Plan & coordinate all the activities during project execution, such as engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, installation & commissioning and meeting guarantees. To Succeed This Role, You Will Need Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5-6 years of experience in relevant field. Willing to work with different kind of people & manage them to work towards common target. Self-managed working style with the ability to set priorities to yourself and to project team and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Expert in Delivery and execution skills, Project management process, Risk and opportunity management, International trade and finance knowledge Good decision making and change management skills and willingness to take the lead Experience and capability to work with many projects simultaneously in multi project environment Willingness to travel within India and in AP area Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
