This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator at Lucent Innovation, located in Ahmedabad. The Project Coordinator will manage Shopify-related projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion within stipulated timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, managing stakeholder communication, monitoring project progress, and troubleshooting potential issues. The role requires active collaboration with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions while ensuring project goals align with business objectives.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce and Shopify projects, including technical and operational aspects
• Project coordination skills, including task prioritization, time management, and stakeholder interaction
• Ability to manage project documentation, progress tracking, and status reporting
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field
• 1-3.6 years of relevant project coordination experience, particularly in Shopify or eCommerce projects
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
