Job Description

  • Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors with clear direction, strong leadership, and accountability.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors to align objectives, maintain collaboration, and achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards across all phases of construction.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress regularly to maintain timelines, performance, and adherence to specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and control expenditures to achieve financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Approve invoices and oversee vendor contracts to maintain transparency, accountability, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes and minimize disruptions.
  • Resolve project delays, design changes, and unforeseen challenges with effective problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Prepare and present progress and financial reports to senior management for informed decision-making and oversight.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders to build trust, collaboration, and project success.
