As a Global Clinical Supplies Project Budget Coordinator, you will provide support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low to moderate complexity studies.

As a Global Clinical Supplies Project Budget Coordinator, you will provide support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle of low to moderate complexity studies.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices
- Participate in and support department project teams.
- Coordinate or serve as a liason cross-functionally.
- Provide financial support to GCS Project managers.
- Analyze data and manage budgets for the project teams.
- Maintain a traceability of finances associated with clinical trial projects performed
- Track indirect/pass through costs associated to clinical trial projects.
- Provide reports per project to manager summarizing financial status of each
- Prepare quotations/budgets for any unplanned/out of scope work.
- Complete initial resource allocations in the ERP system.
- Handle Centralized Processing of Purchase requisitions (PRs)
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Intermediate English and good communication skills both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of the Clinical Supply process, such as manufacturing, handling, importing,
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Planning and analytical skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to work on issues of a diverse and confidential nature
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail aligned with high standards of quality and
- Adaptive to changes and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Able to work in a team environment as well as work independently with moderate direct supervision
- Know how to utilize proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestions
