Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Venus Group Of Companies in Ahmedabad. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, software development, integration, and overall project execution to ensure the successful delivery of commercial and residential developments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous experience in real estate development is a plus

Expected Candidate Attributes:

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years in the Real Estate (Commercial & Residential Building Industry)
• Education: B.Arch (required); M.Arch, M.Design, or relevant PG (preferred)
• Skills: Architecture & Design, Project Management, Software Development, Strong Problem-Solving, Excellent Communication

Preferred additional Education: M. Arch, M. Design, M. Plan or relevant PG

Industry: Architectural Design Consultancy / PMC / Real Estate

Base Location: Venus HO – Ahmedabad

Additional requirement: Experience of working with good architectural design firms. Thorough knowledge of Concept to Completion Design procedure, Development Control Rules, NBC & relevant Design Codes. Experience of working on Grade-A Commercial High Rise / Tall Building, Large scale High End Residential Projects, Large scale Weekend Villa, Master planning projects. Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal. Roles and Responsibilities

A. Design Coordination with all consultants for following (Concept to Completion)

1) Concept Drawings

2) Approval Drawings

3) Design Development

4) Material / Specification finalization

5) Good For Construction drawings

6) Design coordination during construction (change management, optimization, clash detection)

7) Design VS execution / Periodic Site Visits for all design matters

8) Design MIS

9) Value Engineering without compromising on Time & Quality Above tasks involves coordination with all internal & external stakeholder which includes Management, Sales & Marketing, and Project Consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEPF, ………….other consultants)

B. Conceptual Design for all new Residential, Commercial & other Developments.

C. In House Design for projects where external Architectural Consultants are not hire
