Role Description This is a full-time, Project Architect role based in South Delhi. The Project Architect will lead design development from concept to detailed drawings. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings and coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, and managing design revisions. Preparation of Working Drawings will be the core responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture from from Top ranking Architecture Institution.
• Strong architectural design and technical skills, including proficiency in Architecture fundamentals.
• Experience managing project workflows, timelines, and coordination with Consultants.
• Ability to prepare, review, and track Submittals, Detailed Working Drawings.
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM tools, and presentation tools).
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors on-site.
