Creating 1st draft SOWs and contracts using AI

Submitting SOWs for signature & tracking through completion

Setting up paperwork for project codes & supporting data accuracy

Creating project sites and supporting the organization of our project information

Entering confirmed project staff resources into availability and utilization tracking systems Compliance documentation support

Follow-up liaison between other Operations teams to ensure project requests are being completed and date is accurate

Purchase Order tracking

Project Budget updates & system updates support

Cost sheet and proposal bid submission support

Adhoc reporting
