Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Acquisition Manager located in Noida. The Project Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving business development and acquiring new F&B consultancy and engineering projects. The individual will identify potential clients, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Additional responsibilities include market research, client engagement, and achieving sales targets.

Position: Project Acquisition Manager – F&B Sector

Location: Noida Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, or related fields.

Experience: 1–5 years in sales, business development, or project acquisition in the F&B sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new projects in the F&B sector
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal R&D and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs 
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
