Indian Institute of Public Health Delhi NCR (IIPHD) was established in 2008 by Public Health Foundation of India. The institute now functions as an independent entity under the Institute of Public Health Sciences Society (IPHSS) registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and is located at Espire Campus, A-41, Ground Floor, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, Near Mohan Estate Metro Station, New Delhi-110044, India.

IIPHD currently offers Masters of Public Health, Integrated Masters (Clinical Research) & PhD, PG Diploma in Public Health Management and other eLearning programs and short term training programs. Job Summary

This is a program staff position (techno-managerial) – the Program Officer-eLearning is expected to facilitate and conduct all tasks required of him/ her with regards to the operations for the eLearning programs assigned to him/ her. The key deliverables for the role are as follow:

Deliverables

As “Program Officer – eLearning”, you will be reporting to the “Director, Indian Institute of Public Health – Delhi”. Your major roles and responsibilities would be:

• Programme management

Management of eLearning Programmes

Overall coordination and support in the development and day-to-day administration of eLearning Programs at IIPH-Delhi, including preparation of schedules, maintenance of eLearning academic calendar, coordination with students for all eLearning programs

Creating and maintaining a database of academic contacts (institutions, organizations, industries, individuals, other stakeholders etc.).

Facilitating the process of selection and admission of the candidates for eLearning courses.

Maintenance of batch-wise eLearning program details

Content Management:

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts/ faculties to develop detailed content outlines, curriculum plans aligned with program goals.

E-learning Tools & Technology: Utilize tools like Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Canva, and other e-learning authoring platforms.

Innovate Blended Learning: Introduce creative, blended learning solutions

Quality Assurance

Ensure course delivery as per timelines

Review and refine content and video materials through all development stages.

Monitor learner performance, feedback, and analytics to update and refine existing modules.

Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight

• In collaboration with the Applied Tech team, ensure timely publishing, updating, and management of digital content on the LMS platform.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and global trends to improve learner experiences continuously.
• Timely preparation of reports, as and when needed.
• Management of social media platform and website.
• Facilitate processes for demand generation, on and off campus activities and marketing of academic programs (eLearning, On campus Programs and trainings) on social media handles.
• Creating social media contents related to academic programs including banners/sliders/flyers/posters/ social media and marketing
• Manage IIPH-Delhi official website in coordination with IT team
• Any other responsibility/task assigned by the supervisor/Director IIPH-Delhi
  

Qualification

Essential:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Digital Learning, or a related field.

Other relevant certification would be an asset.

Experience

Desirable:

• Around 3 years of work experience, preferably in eLearning academic programs.
• Familiarity with public health topics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with graphic design software and video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia) is an advantage.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas) and knowledge of e-learning standards
• Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in cross culture teams
• Ability to plan, conceptualize organize and communicate.
