About the Role

As a Program Media Coordinator at LIT School, you will be the technical backbone of our challenge-based learning programs, ensuring 100% session recording coverage with high-quality standards. You’ll work closely with Program Managers and Program Associate to capture comprehensive session content, support feedback collection through media documentation, and contribute to program improvement through detailed session coverage and analysis.


Responsibilities - 

Session Recording & Media Management

  • Record 100% of program sessions with high-quality audio and video standards.
  • Ensure comprehensive session coverage including all learning activities, discussions, and presentations.
  • Maintain consistent recording quality across all program sessions and learning environments.
  • Support program execution by providing reliable media capture for all challenge-based learning activities.

Quality Assurance & Technical Excellence

  • Maintain high-quality recording standards for all program sessions and learning content.
  • Ensure technical reliability of recording equipment and media systems.
  • Implement and adhere to quality control measures to guarantee consistent audio and video quality.
  • Support program quality assurance through comprehensive media documentation.

Content Management & Organization

  • Maintain organized filing systems for all session recordings and media content.
  • Ensure proper labeling and archiving of media content for easy access and retrieval.
  • Support content needs for program teams, marketing teams and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage media assets to support program execution and improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Program Managers to understand recording requirements and session schedules.
  • Coordinate with Program Head to ensure media capture supports program R&D and improvement.
  • Support industry expert coordination by providing reliable media capture for collaborations.
  • Communicate effectively with program teams to ensure comprehensive session coverage.

Technical Support & Innovation

  • Support technical troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted session recording.
  • Contribute to media technology improvements for enhanced program documentation.
  • Basic video editing skills are required, including trimming, audio syncing, simple color correction, exporting, and formatting videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
