Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4 - 6 LPA)

Min Experience: 5 years

Location: Hyderabad

The Program Manager will lead and manage skill development centres focused on enabling youth from nearby communities to access formal employment or self-employment opportunities. The role involves end-to-end program ownership, team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making to ensure positive and sustainable outcomes for youth participants.

  • Program & Team Management
  • Independently manage and lead skill development centres serving youth from surrounding communities.
  • Create and sustain a safe, inclusive, and learner-friendly environment that encourages growth and confidence among participants.
  • Implement foundation and skilling programs that build self-reliance and long-term agency among youth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-9 members, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes across all program stages—from community outreach to alumni engagement.
  • Oversee program planning and execution to ensure optimal enrollments and consistent progress of youth through each stage of the program lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance using Excel and/or internal data management systems.
  • Analyze participant data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities to strengthen program effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present quantitative and qualitative reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program performance, challenges, and corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ward-level networks and local stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with government representatives, NGOs, corporates, and local establishments for mobilization, placements, volunteering, and program support.
  • Engage citizens and community members to promote volunteering initiatives.
  • Lead centre-level brand-building and advocacy activities, including events that strengthen local employer engagement and youth placement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the social development or skilling sector.
  • Prior experience managing training or skilling centres.
  • Familiarity with livelihood, youth skilling, and employability programs.

  • Effective problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in the local language is an advantage.
  • High levels of self-motivation, time management, and multitasking ability.
