Job Title: Program Manager AI Delivery Position Summary We are seeking a results driven and articulate Program Manager to lead and support enterprise-wide AI and modernization initiatives. This role is critical to the success of the Job Solutions program by leveraging advanced AI/ML technologies to transform legacy systems and enhance data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in program management, a solid understanding of AI/ML, and a polished, engaging communication style that inspires confidence and drives alignment across diverse stakeholders Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML and modernization projects, from planning through execution and delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers across multiple workstreams. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and delivery milestones. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with AI, MLE, Data, and Business teams to define scope, requirements, and success metrics. Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Support intake processes and ensure clarity of deliverables across pods. AI/ML Program Support Partner with technical leads to track the development and deployment of AI/ML models. Translate business problems into AI/ML use cases and ensure alignment with data science teams. Monitor model performance, integration timelines, and feedback loops for continuous improvement. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Lead vendor onboarding, POC coordination, and NDA execution. Organize demos, deep dives, and technical reviews with external partners. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Communication & Reporting Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and status reports. Document decisions, risks, and dependencies. Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings with clarity, confidence, and a polished presence. Use storytelling and structured communication to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike. Required Qualifications 10years of project/program management experience in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics. Proven experience managing AI/ML or data science projects. Prior experience within Mercer is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to speak with finesse and clarity, adapting tone and content to suit executive, technical, and cross-functional audiences.
