Position: Program Manager ? Skill Development & Livelihood Area of Expertise: Management and Implementation of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) and Skill Development Programs. Educational Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate / Graduate in Social Sciences, Rural Development, or Management with minimum 4?5 years of experience in the Skill Development sector. Experience in planning, coordination, and successful implementation of RPL training programs is mandatory. Candidates having multi-state project experience will be preferred. Strong communication, mobilization experience, reporting, and coordination skills with proficiency in MS Office are essential. ? Roles and Key Responsibilities 1.????Program Coordination & Implementation ????????Plan, manage, and oversee RPL and skill development projects as per guidelines. ????????Coordinate with various stakeholders for approvals and implementation. ????????Ensure effective execution of field operations and adherence to project timelines and standards. 2.????Project Planning & Reporting ????????Prepare project plans, progress updates, and periodic reports for management and funding agencies. ????????Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with donor and organizational requirements. 3.????Stakeholder Engagement ????????Build and maintain effective coordination with various stakeholders as project partners. ????????Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth program operations. 4.????Monitoring & Quality Compliance ????????Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and project deliverables. ????????Support in evaluation and impact assessment activities related to RPL programs.
