Program Manager – Retail Strategy, Central Operations

About the Role

We're looking for Program Managers to support the Retail Strategy charter within Central Operations, driving execution on key programs related to rostering, manpower planning, and store-level strategy rollouts across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of retail strategy programs, including rostering rollouts, manpower planning initiatives, and store-level strategy interventions.
• Support central teams in tracking program milestones, timelines, and on-ground implementation.
• Travel to stores/regions (5–7 days per month) to validate execution, gather ground insights, and support store teams during rollouts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition) to ensure programs are delivered on time and as per plan.
• Build reports and trackers to monitor program health, identify risks, and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects within the Retail Strategy charter as required.

Requirements

• Tier 1 B.Tech or Tier 2 MBA (Mandatory).
• 1.5–4 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Operations, or Strategy roles (Retail or Consulting background preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel 5–7 days per month.
• Strong execution mindset with good analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
